Our ultra-low 3/8-inch track enhances safety and accessibility while delivering smooth wheelchair and vehicle passage. Precision-machined from solid 304 stainless steel, it resists deformation and ensures long-term sliding performance. The crystal panel is made from high-strength polycarbonate, offering window-like clarity while replacing traditional glazing in many applications. The video below documents our in-house wind tunnel testing, where the panel confidently withstood wind speeds of up to 50 mph — equivalent to a strong gale (Beaufort scale level 9).
Our mesh is crafted from premium 6063 aluminum, engineered for durability and long-term outdoor performance. Finished with an advanced electrostatic powder-coated surface — the same non-stick technology used in nonstick cookwares. It naturally resists static, dust, and corrosion.When it gets dirty?A quick blast of air or water is all it takes.
Our frame is crafted from advanced SFE Polymer with an internal honeycomb structure, delivering exceptional strength without added weight. A high-performance ceramic coating enhances resistance to corrosion, heat, and surface wear, keeping the frame cool to the touch even in summer. Designed with a unified profile, the frame enables seamless modular integration across different product configurations for flexible customization.
The frame can be fitted with an optional locking system for added security and peace of mind. This upgrade provides enhanced protection against unauthorized access while maintaining a clean, streamlined appearance. Discreetly integrated into the frame, the locking mechanism reinforces overall stability without disrupting the design.
The rail ramp is designed for smoother and safer entry. It allows wheelchairs, vehicles, carts, and forklifts to move through easily, making it suitable for homes, garages, commercial buildings, and factory spaces. Its raised edge also helps block rainwater from entering, adding extra protection while improving accessibility and daily use.
Recommended Opening Sizes
For optimal performance and aesthetics, we recommend a minimum opening width of 9.8 ft when using a single sliding configuration, with a maximum height up to 11.5 ft. A bi-parting (double sliding) setup is not recommended at this size, as panel stacking on both sides may affect both appearance and clear passage.
For larger openings, our system can accommodate up to 19.7 ft wide × 11.5 ft high using A bi-parting (double sliding) setup depending on material selection and structural requirements.
